Yellow Watermelon Margaritas

Blend the yellow watermelon until completely smooth, then pour it through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the pulp. Add the strained watermelon juice, tequila, fresh lime juice, Grand Marnier, agave, and a pinch of salt to a pitcher. Stir well and taste—add more agave if you like yours a little sweeter. Serve over ice with a salt or Tajín rim if you’d like.
